A mysterious corridor that leads to a huge room above which hundreds of glasses are hung... Welcome to Max Bordeaux and its magical concept that puts the Grands Crus Classés within everyone's reach!
The establishment created by Henning Thoresen, a Norwegian wine merchant who has always wanted to make the most prestigious Bordeaux wines accessible "by the glass", opened its doors to the public in October 2009.Just as you wouldn't buy a car without trying it out," explains manager Laetitia Jiménez, "before buying a Grand Cru, you have to taste it".
A unique experience, coupled with an educational approach: through these tasting workshops, discover the functioning of the Bordeaux vineyard and the characteristics of its wines.
