Answer from The Bordeaux Top Growth TeamAnswer from the organiser : Dear Patrick,Thank you very much for your feedback regarding your tour last Saturday, we have read it carrefully. We are deeply sorry and surprised by the content of your comment. We are always looking for improvements of our services, so we take your message very seriously and with great care. Please note that for our regular clients, we have negociated with the restaurant a single and unique typical menu of the region composed of 3 courses, 1 glass of wine and the coffee. The restaurant has been able to adapt at best to offer you a special menu suitable for vegetarians. It appears that you did not like it, and we do apologise about that. Indeed, you should have mentioned your food preferences at the booking, well before the D-day. We will be very careful about that in the future. Also, may I kindly remind you that the price you have paid for this wine tour (149¤) includes not only the catering, but also the 2 visits/tastings, as well as the transportation with Romane, the driver/guide.I wish you a pleasant day. Best regards,The Bordeaux Top Growth Team
Answer from Visiter BordeauxDear Jojo, You can not visit these wines châteaux because they are open only to wine professionals. By cons I tell guides to mention in the future the name of these wine chateaux. Cordially
