Disappointed. Better system needed
We booked for our family, including 2 young children. We arrived 7 minutes early with tickets booked but there were only single seats available. One of my daughters is diabetic and needs support in case of hypos, especially in the heat. As there was no space we could sit with her she couldn't go. My husband stayed with her, so there were two tickets we couldn't use. The rest of us squished in where we could. When we spoke to the driver he said that he would call his colleague who was driving the next train to let him know about the situation but he couldn't guarantee there would be any seats. We could already see online it was fully booked. Very disappointed.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, seul point négatif le mode de réservation uniquement en prévente, ce qui enlève le côté imprévu que l'on peut se permettre en vacances.
