Terrible service
We are a family of 4 (2 kids under 5) made servations in advance. When we got to the train we were offered 4 seats not together. I made a remark that you can't let a 3 year old and a 4 year old sit alone. The guy just shrugged and we said: can those 2 grownups not sit together with those 3 kids then we can sit together.
I made 2 kids of the 3 sit with his parents in se row behind and split our family in 2. I had to sit alone and my husband with my 2 kids.
The sound guide was not working very well and could only hear half. I would not recommend the whole ordeal gave a bad aftertaste.
