The 360° immersive show that combines history, video mapping and live music is back at the Bordeaux Cathedral with a new spectacular work: The Celestial Odyssey.

The Celestial Odyssey, the new 2025 show:
- 3D video mapping: the 3-dimensional projections transform the architecture and completely reinvent the space, from the base of the pillars to the tops of the vaults.
- Live music: the celestial voices of the Chœur Voyageur accompany live the soundtrack performed by the grand Slovak Symphony Orchestra, composed of more than 70 musicians and singers.
- Story: the cathedral comes to life and tells you how the stars breathe life into stone. Discover the extraordinary destiny of Bordeaux: from its Roman origins, through the marriage of Eleanor, Duchess of Aquitaine, up to its contemporary cultural influence.
- A monument of stone and silence, the cathedral once again opens up to the light of the story. But this time, something has changed.
- An ancient murmur crosses the nave... A figure steps forward... The walls come to life, the stained glass windows whisper, the music soars - a new show begins.
- A unique sensory journey, where light and music reveal what has kept the heart of the cathedral beating for centuries...

PART 1: An immersive and musical journey with an exceptional soloist
Duration: approximately 20 minutes
Before taking your seat in the nave, wander beneath the cathedral’s sacred vaults, discover its history, and let yourself be carried away by the captivating melodies of the unusual instruments played by our virtuoso soloists.

– Duration: a 45-minute seated show, preceded by an opening part of about 20 minutes (except for the digital music version).
