Dear Madame, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the visit did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to highlight that the wines served during the tasting were classified growths (Grands Crus Classés), carefully selected from renowned estates known for the exceptional quality of their wines. These vineyards represent some of the most respected names in the Bordeaux region, and we strive to offer our guests a tasting experience that reflects the richness and prestige of this heritage. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continually improve the experience we offer. Should you return to Bordeaux, we would be happy to welcome you again and share more of what our region has to offer. Best regards, The Bordeaux Tourist Office team
