Step into the role of a cellar master during a unique workshop in our wine store, Le Pied à Terre.
We invite you to create your own Bordeaux blend from several carefully selected single varietal wines. Guided by James, you will discover the secrets of Bordeaux blending, how iconic grape varietals such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon interact to create a balanced wine, expressive and true to your personal taste.
Program :
- An introduction to the wines of Bordeaux, tasting 3 different classic examples of what the region does best.
- Hands-on blending experiments using test tubes and pipettes.
- Creation on your own cuvée and leave the store with your very own bottle of wine.
A fun, educational and creative experience in the warm atmosphere of our cellar.
