No way to cancel apart from calling.
Unfortunately we were delayed in severe traffic and unable to make the tour.
Tried to locate a cancel or reschedule option on website to no avail.
As we are visiting internationally we are unable to make a phonecall.

L'escape wine est une très bonne et belle entrée en matière... il mêle réflexion, sensations, observations, et nous met en condition pour la partie apprentissage a la dégustation des vins.
Je suis tombée par pur hasard sur internet sur cette activité et j'ai adoré...
Je recommande fortement, en petit groupe ou a 2, comme vous le souhaitez, on peut se mettre au défi également. Allez-y!
Mais penser à bien réserver avant! En plus le site est magnifique !

Parcours sensoriel et gourmand à Saint Emilion
Cette visite-dégustation nous a permis de ressentir la vigne et son terroir et d'identifier les différents arômes du vin. C'est une expérience originale et conviviale que mon mari et moi avons beaucoup apprécié.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'expérience au château !
Concernant Oenanim, c'est un autre sujet. Nous avons eu des bons cadeaux à Noël, qui ne fonctionne pas sur leur site. Nous avons dû multiplier les appels et mails pour obtenir un créneau (dont 2 week-end loupé pour faute de réponse). Nous avons finalement mis 8mois à utiliser notre bon. Je ne recommande pas !
