Wonderful time!
Can’t say enough about the first rate treatment we got. History and beautiful views of everywhere we went, especially Saint-Émilion. Highly recommend.
Merci beaucoup!

Fantastic
This tour to the right bank is very well organized with the opportunity to taste both Pomerol and St Émilion wines. Thank you Emanuel for being a wonderful guide.

Best of Saint-Emilion. Half day
The whole tour was excellent.
The vineyard visited was far more than we expected. Explanations of how the vineyard operated was excellent and our host was second to none. Wine tasting was superb.
Would I recommend this tour to our friends? In a heart beat.

Great afternoon exploring the Medoc area
Great afternoon with Emmanuel, really enjoyed the two separate vineyard visits. Learnt a lot and tasted some delicious wines that I wouldn’t have experienced myself. Also, it was a lovely little group of 5 on the trip which made it really engaging and friendly. Really enjoyed it, thanks a mill Emmanuel.

A very enjoyable and informative experience
Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned enthusiast, this wine tour offers something for everyone. Emmanuel, our guide, along with the hosts at each vineyard, ensured that we left with a deeper understanding of Bordeaux wines. They struck a nice balance between delivering informative content and keeping the experience light and engaging.
One of the highlights was tasting wines from two distinct terroirs — Pomerol and Saint-Émilion — as opposed to just one. This allowed for a fun compare-and-contrast exercise.
The tour departs from the Cité du Vin, which also makes it ideal to combine with a visit to the museum either before or after. Since we we’re relatively new to the world of wine, this pairing added some more context to the day and helped us make the most of our experience.
Although Vert Bordeaux’s commitment to sustainability wasn’t a decisive factor in our booking, we were impressed to learn about more conscious winemaking. It’s an admirable focus for sure.
If there’s one aspect I’d change, it would be the brief stop in Saint-Émilion. While the guided walk and tasting of a local speciality were enjoyable, the 30 minutes of free time felt a bit rushed and didn’t allow for much exploration or a relaxed meal. That said, given the constraints of a half-day itinerary, the limited time is understandable.
