Well worthwhile trip - but fix the speaker system on the bus!
Overall we had a very enjoyable trip. In particular, the enthusiasm and information from Leah in the first winery was excellent. It was great to witness some of the wine production in action following harvest of the merlot grapes - makes understanding so much easier.
The village of St Emilion was enchanting - we really enjoyed the free time with an excellent lunch. The tour of the catacombs was also fantastic with so much information provided by Bruno.
The main problem we had was with the speaker system on the bus. We were sitting at the back and did not hear anything being said, missing out on a lot of information provided that those lucky enough to be at the front of the bus could enjoy! If you could ensure everyone on the bus could hear the commentary that would be key from me.
