From the start the atmosphere and tour was excellent! The guide was personable, knowledgeable and witty. We would recommend this tour to our friends and family 100%. We wish we had taken it at the beginning of our stay in Bordeaux as the information and recommendations that we were given by our guide would have helped in our dining decisions during our stay.

We love food and wine tours and book one whenever we travel. Bordeaux was a natural place to find one - and we had high expectations. Wow! It was fabulous! Our guide, Aurelien, took us to locally owned shops and wine bars off the beaten track. Each bite paired beautifully with wines from the region. Aurelien was an amazing sommelier, educator, and tour guide. It was the best introduction to Bordeaux (the city) and Bordeaux wines imaginable.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Aurèlien was a brilliant guide who took us to hidden gems around the city, with really high quality food and wine at every stop. Booking was smooth and the tour itself ran without a hitch. I did the tour as a 30-year-old with my mum (70), and it was a perfect fit for both of us — I'd recommend it to all ages. It's a fantastic way to sample some of Bordeaux's best food and wine while picking up some great history of the city along the way. Aurèlien even went the extra mile, sharing his own recommendations for food and wine spots across the city and adding in some extras to suit our plans. Would highly recommend this tour to friends and family!
