RUSTIC VINES TOURS

I definitely enjoyed the bike ride; however, it did take away a little bit of enjoying things around me. I was new to ebikes and the guide wasn't able to speak to us while riding so I had no idea what I was looking at. Perhaps some sort of microphone can be used and people could use their earbuds, etc. to understand what we were seeing. While Yev was quite personal, and he new the basics of the region, a bit more technical knowledge about the grapes, and wines would be helpful.

We loved Maude - she was brilliant. She made the day fun, interesting and was just a kind soul. You are lucky to have her! This was our second time on a wine tour with rustic vines - would definitely recommend. However the experience we had at Cheateau Hortin - Ducasse in 2019 is really hard to beat.

Enjoyed learning about French wines. It was really relaxing even though such a full day. Our guide was very knowledgeable (Vincent), never felt rushed. The staff at the vineyards also looked after the group. Picnic was in a great spot- Chateax Bonalgue- Pomerol. Easy to book, liked that the group was small, would recommend.

This is my second time using Rustic Vines and they did not disappoint. The tour guide was amazing and extremely knowledgeable with not only the difference wines / wine making but also the local history. Would highly recommend using this company and should I return to Bordeaux then I will use them again

It was a wonderful wine experience. Yev was an excellent guide. He explained the history of each vineyard that we visited. I had the opportunity to taste different blends both red and white. I highly recommend the tour.

I cannot say enough about this tour, especially about Vincent, our wonderful guide! We met at the office of Vintage vines, then departed by van for our first stop, Medoc. Wonderful visit at the first Chateau which was only opened to our small group. We then departed for St Emilion. Absolutely stunning vistas at St Emilion. We had taken the train from Bordeaux two days prior, but having Vincent explain so much more details of the area made the return visit on the tour well worthwhile. He is extremely knowledgeable on not only the area but of wine itself. A lovely lunch was included (more wine!) before walking though the lovely St Emilion. Our last tasting was in town, and during the tasting, Vincent moved the van from top of town down to where we ended up. HUGE help not having to climb back up. Trust me! We found this tour well worth the time and $$.
