Good balance of Chateaux & Exploring
Rachel A 10/08/2026
Comfortable & easy way to see a couple of Chateaux & St Emilion. Tour guide was very informative. I was traveling as a single woman & felt very safe all day including exploring St Emilion by myself. Underground cathedral was the highlight.

St Emilion Tour could be better
Sibylle Stolte 09/20/2026
The town St Emilion is outstanding. It was a big group - the guide was very rude and hectic, unfriendly. The first wine tasting was okay- not more, the second bio vinery had terrible wine . The trip was not worth the money

In the age of mass tourism and social media slob the tours offered by the Bordeaux Tourism Office are a genuine breathe of fresh air in the industry. Sincerely passionate about the culture, history and people of the region. Pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend the tours offered by the BTO. An excellent starting point to explore and experience the riches of France.
