From Saint-Emilion, private ride in the vineyards

Treat yourself to a unique experience: a vintage sidecar ride through the vineyards. Meet in the heart of the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, where your driver/guide will welcome you, provide you with a helmet and gloves, and go over the safety instructions! And then—it’s time for adventure! Your gentleman sider will take you along small country roads winding through the vineyards and unforgettable landscapes dotted with famous Châteaux. An unmissable experience during your stay in the region! A photo stop is, of course, a must to capture this original and 100% fun memory.

One sidecar accommodates one or two people. One person sits in the “basket,” and the other rides behind the driver/guide. You can switch places during the tour.

1: the little loop

- 1 hour in a sidecar through the vineyards: picturesque paths, photo stops, and conversations about the vineyard and its wines

- optional wine tasting at a Château (€15/person). Depending on the Château’s availability, the tasting may take place before or after the sidecar tour. Approx. duration: 15 minutes

- optional visit + wine tasting at a Château (€30/person). Depending on the Château’s availability, this may take place before or after the sidecar tour. Approx. duration: 1 hour

2: the big tour

- 1.5-hour experience for an unforgettable ride: picturesque roads, introductions to famous Châteaux, photo stops, and conversations about the vineyard and its wines

- optional wine tasting at a Château (€15/person). Depending on the Château’s availability, the tasting may take place before or after the sidecar tour. Approx. duration: 15 minutes

- optional visit + wine tasting at a Château (€30/person). Depending on the Château’s availability, this may take place before or after the sidecar tour. Approx. duration: 1 hour

3: half-day tour

- 3.5 hours of pure pleasure: picturesque roads, introductions to famous Châteaux, photo stops, and discussions about the vineyards and wines

- one stop at a Château for a wine tasting

- a second stop at another Château for a visit and tasting

4: full-day tour

- 7 hours of bliss to experience Saint-Emilion to the fullest: picturesque roads, introductions to famous Châteaux, photo stops, and discussions about the vineyards and wines

- one stop at a Château for a wine tasting

- two stops at Châteaux for visits and tastings

- picnic at an estate in the heart of the vineyards — fabulous! (includes water, wine, bread, cheese, charcuterie, chips, mixed salads, fruits, and local pastries)---

- One sidecar accommodates one or two people. One sits in the basket, the other behind the driver/guide. You may switch during the tour. For 3 or 4 people, two sidecars are used, and so on.

- Please note: "the little loop" option is available only for 1 or 2 people, as there is only one sidecar in Saint-Emilion. For groups of more than 2, you’ll need to choose a longer option so that additional sidecars can be brought in from Bordeaux.

- All drivers/guides speak French and English. Depending on availability, you may also request a driver/guide who speaks Italian.
