Founded in 1993, Cousin & Compagnie is one of the oldest independent wine cellars in Bordeaux and a pioneer in the introduction and commercialization of biodynamic and natural wines since the mid-2000s.
Firmly convinced that the preservation of our natural heritage also depends on vineyard and winery practices, at Cousin & Compagnie, 90% of our selection consists of organic, biodynamic, or natural wines from family estates or independent winemakers.
Visiting our Bordeaux cellar means discovering rare gems from all over France and abroad, whether they are Grand Crus or “friend wines.” A true cabinet of curiosities, Cousin & Compagnie can satisfy both novices and connoisseurs, as well as those seeking unique finds.

Excellent experience and some exercise!
Great experience. My second tour with RV while in Bordeaux and this one did not disappoint. Thoroughly enjoyed both the food/wine tour and the bike tour thru St Emilion and highly recommend.

Fantastic tour
An excellent tour and a very memorable day! An interesting selection of chateaux with great and informative tours and tastings. Lovely picnic lunch and we appreciated that our dietary request was accommodated. Samuel and Garrett were wonderful guides, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Rustic Vines.

3/5
The cellars for one time visit is pretty good, but the car trip over St. Emilion and guide storytelling wish to be better. Nothing special in cremant taste.

Fantastic!
We had such a fantastic day with Alex and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bordeaux. We were visiting to celebrate a 70th and 40th birthday and Alex helped make it a really memorable day.
We loved visiting beautiful Saint-Émilion and the two smaller châteaux, which were a real highlight. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole day feel relaxed and fun.
The journey home ended with some Scottish and French karaoke on the bus, which was such a fun way to finish the day!
We enjoyed the wines so much that we ended up ordering plenty to bring home for future family celebrations. Thanks again, Alex, for such a brilliant day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone visiting Bordeaux!
