Olala Bordeaux

Firstly many thanks to the lady in office who was so helpful getting me booked on the trip. So this set the scene for me as from begging to end i had a wonderful day trip to Saint Emilion . The stylish transport was respectfully packed by our driver , guide and endless source of knowledge with picnic and eight guests. I felt immediately comfortable with the mini bus and fellow travellers who our guide had us all gel very quickly. A continuous stream of knowledge on that days trip , the city , countryside and on the way to Saint Emilion each other ! The three Chateau were very accommodating , informative and patient with questions . The picnic table set out with wines and water and super tasty individual kilner jars was a joy ! The return journey was blessed with more of the knowledge from our guide whom i noticed was very alert driver, sorry i forgot her name ! I am elderly , never mind I’ll just have to get back and do it all again ! Regards Geoffrey

Very limited food and the six wines that you can try are actually four and a mix of two that you have already tasted. What a joke…

If you are going to Bordeaux and have any interest in wine, you must take this class. It is a thorough discussion and tasting of the three major grapes used in Bordeaux wines with history, soils, and methods. I learned a huge about wine in this hour+. Booking was easy and money well spent.
