            Good day trip from Bordeaux

The coach trip wasn't too long to arrive at the first vineyard stop Château Balestard La Tonnelle which gave a good tour and tasting of 2 wines.
The visit to Saint-Émilion was hampered by it being a very wet and rainy day.
The visit to the cloister and church was good. I found a good place for lunch in the town square.
The afternoon visit to the underground monuments of Saint-Émilion -
the Monolithic Church, the Chapel of the Trinity, the catacombs and the Hermitage of the monk Émilion was very interesting.
The last visit for a tasting was at Château Champion. The coach arrived back at the indicated time about 6pm.
There was about 30 people on this trip on the day I went.
Would recommend to others.

            Brilliant Trip

What an absolutely brilliant day out. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The tour was really well organised and it was great to visit 2 different size vineyards, as itet us see the difference between a larger and smaller operation. We especially loved the second vineyard (Champion) as it had relaxed welcoming atmosphere and the owner explained everything about the wine tasting so well.
St Emilion was beautiful and the trip to the underground monument was something special. Bruno, our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of everything and kept us enthralled with the stories he told.
We would highly recommend this trip and we will be booking more tours with you, when we visit Bordeaux again.

            Great tour and good value

Great tour of St Emilion and the chateaux. Good value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Language headsets would be good so the guide does not have to say everything in French and English.

            Enjoyable day

A larger group than anticipated. Bi-lingual presentation. Had the impression more information provided in French than English. Only minor issues. On the positive side, the free time to explore the village and have a relaxing lunch was very good. Also the underground church was amazing. Would recommend this activity.

            Informative and enjoyable tour

This was a very pleasant and informative visit to the Sauternes region giving some insight into the area and winemaking there .The Guides on the bus and in the two Chateaux visited were knowledgeable and skilled at communication. Both properties visited had interesting histories and the wines tasted were of good quality. The only gripe I would have is that it was quite a lengthy tour it should have come with a health warning to bring food as there was none on offer at either stop.

Too long because it was in french and english.

Suggestion- separate shorter tours for each single language
