Alex our guide was knowledgeable both about wine and quirky local history, and his English was excellent. The information shared in both vineyards was a little repetitive, but that actually helped cement it, and the wine tasting was enjoyable. Was just a little disappointing that it encompassed only 2 vineyards,

Bordeaux wine tasting and educational experience
No regrets or complaints. The experience was more than expected and our sommelier (Clement) was great. Quite educational and learned specifically about Bordeaux wines, their different grapes grown in different vicinities around the countryside. Highly, recommended.

Not impressed, wouldn’t recommend
I have been on other wine tours that were more fun and jovial and the wineries were not impressive - the chateauxs or the wines tasted. . Our guide was very nice and informative (and he was very helpful with directions, advice, etc) but there wasn’t much bonding or laughter among the group which was unusual for a full day tour group. Also, there was no water or crackers provided in the van, which I would expect for the amount I paid for this tour. Maybe some fun music on the van ride would’ve helped?
