Excellent
Had the most amazing time. So glad that we booked this it really made the trip. We stayed in Bordeaux, travelled to the Chateaux by train. Which was really easy about 40 mins and lovely scenery on the way. We were early due to train times and were welcomed to sit in the grounds and wait for our slot as there were other guests
Everybody was lovely, they were very accommodating to our dietary needs, we had the picnic which would 100% recommend. Really good value for money and made for the most amazing visit.

Amazing!
Myself, my husband and three friends visited Chateau de Cerons the day before a wedding and we had the best time. The staff couldn't have been more attentive, giving us a beautiful guided tour answering all our questions, and providing us with plenty to drink!! The 'picnic in the park' was held indoors as it was a cold rainy day in September but we sat at a gorgeous table by a roaring fire and had the most delicious food and wine. We loved it so much we have bought a voucher for my in-laws so they can to do the same visit next summer. Thank you for the best day and the best memories!

Picnic under old trees
Highly recommend booking this activity if you are searching for a meal that goes together with wine tasting. Nice setting, huge variety, excellent choice of wine and food. Takes place beneath old trees in the back yard of chateau, so it’s not too hot even when the sun is out. Don’t eat too much before arriving, the serving is huge

Excellent tour once we found the Chateau!
The booking process was easy, online from Wales. Lucinda was an excellent guide and the chateau is beautiful. Our tour was very reasonably priced and there was a great variety of wine to taste. Easy to reach by train and close to the train station in Cerons - when we found the Chateau! It was difficult to find the entrance - a sign from the station and then on the way would be very helpful - and the crucial info that the main door is opposite a church. Be warned if you are going by train to Cerons - nothing was open in the village to eat/drink before or after the tour on the day we went (Saturday) and trains are not that frequent. However we would heartily recommend the tour due to Lucinda and the lovely chateau, and the reasonable price. It was a shame that we had no car to buy more wine! Diolch/Merci!

Worth it
We booked our visit last minute, only me and my husband for the tour, we had a great time. The place is beautiful, everything very well explained, we got to taste three wines and I loved their sweet wine. Accessible by train and a few minutes walk from the train station. We could walk around the town a little after the tour.
