I was so very disappointed that the ticket that I received did not provide an address with directions to your location.Only to get off the tram at
Cite du Vin. That is very misleading since your wine cruise has nothing to do with them. They were very kind and tried to help me. Despite arriving 30 minutes early
I missed your cruise because by the time we discovered your actual address it was too late and I missed the 4:30 departure time. In fact you did not provide a number to call for assistance. Interesting, a reminder text and number appeared in my text the next day.
I had been very excited to take the wine tasting cruise and very disappointed and frustrated to have missed it. In truth, I would expect a refund or at least a voucher .
