I enjoyed the live commentary on board and it was very relaxing

I was so very disappointed that the ticket that I received did not provide an address with directions to your location.Only to get off the tram at Cite du Vin. That is very misleading since your wine cruise has nothing to do with them. They were very kind and tried to help me. Despite arriving 30 minutes early I missed your cruise because by the time we discovered your actual address it was too late and I missed the 4:30 departure time. In fact you did not provide a number to call for assistance. Interesting, a reminder text and number appeared in my text the next day. I had been very excited to take the wine tasting cruise and very disappointed and frustrated to have missed it. In truth, I would expect a refund or at least a voucher .

Great staff, really tasty meal and evening views of the banks of the Garonne.

Lovely trip on the river matched by a very lovely meal. The chef was able to accommodate 2 food requests at short notice which was really appreciated. Great to see different views from the river and to have the opportunity between courses to walk around the boat for a full experience. It was easy to book. easy to find the bording place. Crew were very helpful both getting on and off the boat and during the full meal service. Would definitely recommend this activity to any visitors to Bordeaux.

Very nice crew and much wine and very nice basket with bread, sausages, han and cheese.

Vi hadde bestillt kveldscruise med middag, avgang kl 2000. En flott opplevelse ombord, hyggelig kelner som ga meget god service. Ikke noe problem med å høre informasjonen i høytaleranlegget. En mer enn forventet opplevelse. Anbefales !
