Rustic Vines Tour

It was a wonderful wine experience. Yev was an excellent guide. He explained the history of each vineyard that we visited. I had the opportunity to taste different blends both red and white. I highly recommend the tour.

I cannot say enough about this tour, especially about Vincent, our wonderful guide! We met at the office of Vintage vines, then departed by van for our first stop, Medoc. Wonderful visit at the first Chateau which was only opened to our small group. We then departed for St Emilion. Absolutely stunning vistas at St Emilion. We had taken the train from Bordeaux two days prior, but having Vincent explain so much more details of the area made the return visit on the tour well worthwhile. He is extremely knowledgeable on not only the area but of wine itself. A lovely lunch was included (more wine!) before walking though the lovely St Emilion. Our last tasting was in town, and during the tasting, Vincent moved the van from top of town down to where we ended up. HUGE help not having to climb back up. Trust me! We found this tour well worth the time and $$.

I enjoyed a lot our day with Maud. The bike tour around Saint Emilion was an amazing experience, the selected chateaux very welcoming and the wines and lunch delicious. I would definitely recommend this trip to any wine enthusiast visiting Bordeaux!

We had a fantastic experience with our guide, Yev, as he was extremely knowledgable about the area and all of the wines. Unfortunately we ended up getting rained out so we were not able to bike, but Rustic Vines accommodated this weather situation by switching it to a van tour. Highly recommend this company for wine tours in Bordeaux!

We loved our e-bike tour with rustic vines yesterday. Transport to the region was efficient and comfortable. We then met our guide Jan who was friendly, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Exploring the area by e-bike was perfect as it allowed us to cover so much ground with ease, and see the beautiful region while outdoors. We learned lots about winemaking from the passionate winemakers, and were brought through each step of the process before tasting their wines. Then came a walking tour of the stunning village itself - even after a full day of touring we didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone with any interest in wine or the region. All the information and history was delivered in short chunks which really kept our attention and interest all day long. For the wine buffs there was plenty of opportunity to ask more in depth questions and learn as much as they wished at every stage.

Wonderful time. Pauline made it feel as though it wasn’t even raining! I have family coming in a month. I will recommend Rustic Vines and Pauline highly! B
