Saint-Emilion Day Tour with Wine Tastings & Lunch

I'm a nutshell a fantastic way to experience the St Emilion region and surroundings. Our guide Pauline was great fun and made everyone feel relaxed and welcome, so the group gelled very quickly. Our visit to the first Chateau was fascinating, and the tastings were excellent. Our picnic lunch out the actual Chateau was awesome. Tour tasting and the walking tour around St Emilion was first class and very informative. The final Chateau just outside St Emilion was a lot smaller than the first, but equally as good, with the tour guide at the Chateau giving you plenty of interesting info on Thier wines and the region as a whole. Also the tastings were extremely good, plus we got and extra one

We had a fantastic day visiting two vineyards with our expert guide, Julie. She prepared a wonderful lunch on the grounds of our first stop, Chateau Palais Cardinal. On to Saint Emilion for a walking tour of the town from Julie. Then our final stop at La Dauphine winery. This was a five star adventure and highly recommended!

A perfect rainy day in the vines with owners and representatives of the vines and fields to bring reality of vineyard life. Our picnic lunch was perfect! A most enjoyable ride with strangers who became tasting buddies. I wish to do more..

Remi was a great, extremely knowledgeable and personable tour guide that took us through three different tasting experiences and a short tour of St. Emilion. I appreciated the fact that the three tastings were very different, so that we weren't learning the same information over and over. Two were at chateaux and one was at a wine shop in town. I wish the walking tour of St. Emilion were a little bit longer so we could have seen more of the town, but I did like the leisurely pace of the tastings and the chateaux visits. Also, lunch was delicious. And Remi does an amazing job of carrying on a lively conversation while driving. :-)
