  • Wednesday:Discover the Graves and Sauternes regions. Be surprised by the diversity of wines: a fresh and fruity red, a crisp and aromatic dry white, or a rich and smooth Sauternes-style sweet white, each easy to taste and full of character. Two château visits and tastings included.
  • Thursday & Sunday: Visit Saint-Émilion, a medieval village with cobbled streets listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and step inside its monolithic underground church. A little gem

Very smooth from start to finish. Not enough time to explore so would go back and visit again. Very friendly host at the vineyard, book a full day if you can. The visit to the underground church was amazing. Very steep to the lower level of the village on cobbles, wear comfy shoes

This was a fascinating tour of a wine area about which I did not know a lot – Entre deux Mères. Our tour guide not only gave us an excellent tour of Bordeaux as we left the city, and of the areas along our drive, but discussed the economic and wine history of what we were viewing. At the Chateaux, we received excellent tours, learned a whole lot about growing grapes and making wine, and then had the opportunity to taste some wonderful wines. The tour was a big success.

Bruno was an excellent guide full of interesting information with an added bit of humour. Veronique at Chateau Champion was also very good.
