It is imperative to arrive 15 minutes before the departure time of your tour, no delay possible, to ensure the comfort of the group and respect of the schedule.
No possible amendment or refund less than 24 hours before the start of the activity.
The Chateaux and the schedule may vary, but the quality of the offer will remain the same.
Children under 16 and pets are not allowed for the comfort of the group, a private tour would be more suitable if it is your case.

Excursions are guaranteed when at least 2 participants. For the very few occasions you would be the only passenger, we will contact you 24h before the day of your wine tour in order to propose an alternative.
