Dissatisfied , not recommend .
Deidre Holland 06/22/2025
Bought tickets to 4.45pm trip , we were walking towards the train at 4.42 could see it and then it left the stop . She had left the stop before the frostbite time .We waved the driver down she halted and pointed towards to pick up point she had just left therefore we did not board the train as she kept going. The office would not refund our money . The other driver - male skinny short man we spoke to at 4.15 pm was not helpful at all and neither driver showed any care at all. Eventually they offered us 6.15 trip which did not work with something else we already had booked. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Staff very rude , spoke very little English which is poor staff selection ( unless they own the company ) condsidering a high percentage of visitors to this area are English speaking . We would like a refund .

Nothing Worked
Cherie L 06/08/2025
While the train was cute and went by all the sites, none of the headsets in the section we were seated were working. People switched between cars and nothing was working. The conductor knew this because he warned some of the late arrivals in the queue that some did not work. It turned out that MOST did not work. Very Disappointing.

Great ride
Solange Villagran 06/02/2025
The train ride was lovely as was the audio information which gave a great historical review of the city. My three daughters (15, 12 and 9) loved it. Highly recommend.

Just meh
Zoë 05/13/2025
We took the train after walking the UNESCO itinerary (which is only 4km) because our son thought it was cute. The train runs almost the exact same route as the UNESCO route which was boring. It produces a lot of noice going over the cobble stones even though it’s electrical. The worst part was being stuck in the busy roads surrounded by smelly and loud vehicles. Overal I wouldn’t recommend it.

Plan divertido por la ciudad
Verónica 05/04/2025
Es una manera divertida de poder dar una vuelta por los sitios más típicos de la ciudad, donde había la opción de audio guía en varios idiomas.
