Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wine with our introductory wine-tasting workshop, designed for anyone who wants to learn how to taste, understand, and appreciate wine in a relaxed setting. Through a tasting of a premier cru, you’ll discover the three essential steps of wine tasting:️
The Eye – Observe the color, clarity, and nuances to perceive the wine’s age, intensity, and personality.
The Nose – Identify aroma families through a fun olfactory recognition workshop, and learn to describe sensations with precision.
The palate – Understand the balance between acidity, sweetness, tannins, and finish, and put your impressions into simple words. Then reverse the trend and, using a classified grand cru from the estate, discover tactile tasting, an innovative method created by Cyrille Tota, for which we are certified. Using unique tactile aids, perceive the wine’s structure in a new way: its tannins, its roundness, its intensity. A fun, surprising, and educational experience.
Gourmet Approach – Food & Wine Pairings. Because the pleasure of wine is best shared at the table, experiment with gourmet pairings featuring local specialties (artisanal chocolates, canelés, Bordeaux bouchons…). Taste, compare, discuss… and leave with simple tips to elevate your meals.
