Very enjoyable tour
This was a great tour, focused largely on the 18th century and the last 25 years. Our guide had a lot of personality and he knew his history very well. He also had a clear passion for his native city. He was quite funny and good at involving the participants throughout. Everyone in our group had a good time, learned a lot, and saw some important buildings and squares in the city.

We had a brilliant day seeing different vineyards and tasting a great variety of wines. Our host Remi was a great source of knowledge and a really nice guy.

Highly recommend this tour
We were a group of 6, and another couple joined us with Alexandre as our guide. He was absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable from start to finish of the tour, and he very quickly got us all to introduce each other and that made everyone feel comfortable together for the 5-6 hrs. Both châteaus visited were welcoming and great wines tasted at each (and bottles bought at each!!). It was great to have around 45 mins free to wander around and see Saint Emilion. Would highly recommend this tour and felt it was great value for money.

Great concept, can do with a bit more guidance
In concept, the city pass is a great idea and helps you navigate Bordeaux quite easily, but it would be even better if it gave you more access to the châteaux. More guidance by the team on the ground in the tourism office would also be great

Thank you for your great review of the City Pass. The City Pass mainly covers the city, but we have included some wine châteaux and a discounted excursion. The end of December and the Christmas holidays are probably the quietest time of year for this type of visit. We are sorry that you did not feel you received sufficient guidance.
