2:00pm: Meet your guide in front of the Girondins Column. Look for the sign "Bordovino - A la française Bordeaux". Leave Bordeaux & drive through the Chateau route of the Médoc. The guide will provide you with all the information about the Bordeaux & Médoc region.

3.00pm: Visit a Great Classified Growth 1855 estate. Visit the vineyards, the vat room and the cellars and enjoy some explanations about their wine making process, from the vine to the bottle. Finish the visit by a tasting of the estate’s wines while enjoying an aperitif with French delicacies (fresh bread, cheese, dried sausage…)

4.30pm: Your guide will take you on a van tour of the Médoc's finest châteaux, with a stop in front of Château Margaux. At the end of the tour, you'll stop by the vineyards to enjoy a glass of white wine served by your guide.

6:30 pm: Back in Bordeaux.

Our tour guide Dorion was great! He was extremely knowledgeable of the wines of the médoc region and made the trip great. Only wish we could’ve had a bit more wine

Intersting tour in Medoc

Interesting tour to two beautiful designed Chateaus in Medoc, both showed us the production process as well as wine tasting. Our guide Sara was very nice, knowledgable (and a great driver...). Recommended experience for a visit in Bordeaux.

Blown away in Margaux !

We spent an enjoyable, if very windy,, afternoon visiting a couple of chateaux in Margaux. Our guide, Theo, was friendly and informative and both vineyards were welcoming. We particularly enjoyed visiting the bunker at Chateau Siran, with wines dating back to 1916.

Experience Ruined Because No Dogs Allowed, Without Warning

I would not recommend this offer to my worst enemies. I experienced tremendous difficulties during this activity. We were completely denied the tour because of our small (toy-size) dog, and we were given no advanced warning that we could not take her. I understand that the tour cannot control the policies of the chateaus that we may visit, but they wouldn't even let us take our dog in the van, despite the fact that our dog could have fit in our laps and our dog doesn't shed (she's a poodle); frankly, our dog is cleaner than many humans that have likely been in this tour's van. Speaking with some locals in Bordeaux, it's actually unusual that the chateaus don't accept dogs; many do, apparently (in France, it's the norm to be able to take your dogs in restaurants even). Thus, we weren't able to go on the tour. I emailed for a refund but never received even a reply indicating whether my refund was denied or why.
