A Grand Cru Classé de Graves white wine estate, our domaine is particularly renowned for its fine white wines. Come and discover the terroir and the specific characteristics of white wine vinification and aging that have made our domaine famous.
The tour begins with a presentation of the history and exceptional terroir of the estate's Sauvignon grapes. Then, the tour continues to the vat room and aging cellar for our white wines, where we will explain the specificities of production.
Finally, we will taste three vintages of our Graves Cru Classé to better understand the differences between several years! Château Couhins (Cru Classé) and Dame de Couhins white wines are recommended for their delicate bouquet of spring flowers, their fullness, their liveliness, and their persistence on the palate, to which the Sauvignon grape variety contributes powerfully.
