Alex our guide was knowledgeable both about wine and quirky local history, and his English was excellent. The information shared in both vineyards was a little repetitive, but that actually helped cement it, and the wine tasting was enjoyable. Was just a little disappointing that it encompassed only 2 vineyards,

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Our experience was very good. We chose Gravel Explore, as they had the option of a regular bike. We were treated with great care and attention. Edwin showed us important tourist attractions in Bordeaux and explained the route to Saint Emillion, with details of places to go to the bathroom and stops. The picnic selection was delicious, wine, cheese, cold cuts, bread and a sweet treat to finish. I recommend the tour for anyone interested in getting to know the cities and having a more local experience combined with exercise!

Loved the bassins des lumières, really impressive. Very good city walk with Alcides through Bordeaux and interesting exhibition at the Cité du vin. Managed to grab a spot at the wine tasting, too and visited the Musee d'Aquitaine. Thought it a bit inconvenient at the beginning that you have to book everything via the tourist office, but it worked out really well and they were really helpful. Hiighly recommend!

A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Communication was excellent prior to our visit and Luc, our guide, was so friendly and informative. The ride around St Emilion and the vineyards was interesting and fun and the wine tasting at the winery was an ideal way of finishing off the tour. This activity is perfect if you want to see St Emilion from a unique perspective and make some lasting memories.
